About Us
Robin Lilarose, flute
Robin graduated with a B.S. in Music Therapy from Elizabethtown College. She currently teaches privately from her home in Sinking Spring. Recently, Robin retired after 20 years, from Lebanon Valley College as an adjunct flute professor. In addition to Trio Jolie, she has performed with Genesius Theater, Pottstown Symphony, Reading Civic Opera, Berks Chamber Orchestra, Reading Choral Society, Berks Sinfonietta, Fyve Woodwind Quintet, Center Park Flute Choir and Reading Pops Orchestra. She also directs the Atonement Flute Choir in Wyomissing PA and freelances at many local venues and churches. Her love of teaching has earned students the privilege of attending County, PMEA District, Regional, State and NAfME All-Eastern Band festivals.
Kirstin Myers, oboe
Oboist Kirstin Myers holds degrees in Music Education and Oboe Performance from IUP and in 1999 she graduated summa cum laude as a full scholarship recipient from Michigan State University with a Masters in Oboe Performance. Since 2000 she has been on the faculty of Millersville University and York College of Pennsylvania and in 2016 was also appointed as oboe professor at Lebanon Valley College. In addition to her collegiate appointments, she is the oboe instructor at York College's YCPrep Community School and maintains a private studio at her home in the Lancaster area. Her students have gone on to win positions in LLMEA County, PMEA District, Regional, State and NAfME All-Eastern Bands & Orchestras. In addition, she freelances and adjudicates frequently in the southeastern, PA area. She currently performs with the York Symphony Orchestra, Berks Sinfonietta, Reading Pops Orchestra, Trio Jolie, The Silverwood Trio and a newly formed piano/oboe duo, Double Keyed.
Crystal Jordan, cello
Crystal received a Bachelor of Music degree from Temple University where she studied cello with Jeffrey Solow. She performs regularly with various professional ensembles including the Lancaster Symphony, Reading Symphony, Reading Pops Orchestra, Berks Sinfonietta and several chamber groups throughout southeastern, PA including string quartets and trios. Crystal has performed with musicians including Michael Buble, Josh Groban, Trans Siberian Orchestra, David Benoit, Sarah Brightman, Disturbed, Rick Braun, Jim Brickman and Casting Crowns. She teaches private cello lessons and serves as a soloist and adjudicator at various functions throughout the year. She has held the positions of adjunct cello professor at Alvernia University and director of the Millersville String Summer Camp. Crystal has taught chorus and orchestra in the Central Bucks and Oley Valley school districts. She currently teaches elementary music in the Wilson School District and resides in Exeter with her husband and children.
