This is ultimately up to you! If you would like us to choose the entire  set list for your wedding and cocktail hour, we are more than happy to do that. If you have just a few specific song requests, we will incorporate them into the event. However, if you want to choose every single song - absolutely! This is YOUR event and we want to tailor it to your needs. If a song you absolutely love is not in our current repertoire, there is a nominal fee to purchase the music. If it is not available for purchase then a custom arranging fee would be added. We are proud of our extensive repertoire though, and are sure you will find many pieces that you love!

The cost of our services is dependent on location and what type of services you are looking for. We require a $150 down payment, along with the signed contract, to reserve your date. Please contact us with your details so we can offer you a quote!

Yes! In the event there is inclement weather we do ask that there is a contingency plan in place for us and our instruments. In hotter weather, we love to sit in the protection of a shade tree!  Instruments are sensitive to extremely cold temperatures. Talk to us about options if  your outdoor event might drop below 60 degrees.

As a group, we have been performing together for 14 years at weddings, cocktail hours, recitals, parties and more. We have played so many weddings in so many different locations with so many different vendors, that we are confident you will not need us at your dress rehearsal!  Through our emails and phone calls with you and your vendors, we will know exactly how many people are in your wedding party and what songs you want performed throughout the ceremony. We arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your event to review cues with wedding planners and clergy. Still want us at your rehearsal? Talk to us. We've got you covered!

You bet! We have worked with vocalists and instrumentalists alike who are friends or family members of the bride and groom. We just need some additional rehearsal time the day of the event to prepare.
